1420 Emerson Smart Wireless Gateway CommDTM — Software Description

The 1420 Emerson Smart Wireless Gateway CommDTM is a communication Device Type Manager that enables FDT/DTM-compliant frame applications to connect to, configure, and maintain an Emerson 1420 Smart Wireless Gateway and the WirelessHART network it manages. With this CommDTM, engineers can access the gateway from tools such as PACTware or FieldCare to commission devices, adjust parameters, and review diagnostics through a single, standards-based interface.
